ABOUT
Located in Northwestern Colorado, Hellander Outfitting specializes in mountain lion, elk, bear and mule deer hunts. We provide five full days of hunting. We also provide hound training and exercising. Hellander Outfitting, a family owned and operated business, hunts in units throughout 50,000 acres of private land as well as all BLM in the White River and Little Snake River BLM Management Areas, and the National Forest Units 12 and 23.
We offer in lodge experiences on private ranch lands. This includes hearty meals, lodging, field transportation, professional and knowledgeable guide service. The Yellow Jacket Ranch and William’s Fork Ranch are both working cattle ranches. They offer the best country to hunt large game and to create the most memorable experiences!
We also accommodate pack trips. We are able to pack anything in and everything out. Hellander Outfitting can set up and break down private camps. We’ll quarter, pack, and haul your game to processing plants. We can supply wall tents, cots, stoves and all camp necessities.

HUNTS
Mountain Lion
Our mountain lion hunts consist of a five day hunt on atv, utv, snowmobiles and mules. Hunters must complete the Mountain Lion Education and Identification Course before arriving (CLICK ON THE BUTTON BELOW).

Antelope
Antelope: Hunting on 20 to 50 thousand acres of private land, guaranteed tags units 3, 301. All hunts will be on private land with in units 3, 301, 12, 13.
Hunting Methods
Hunting methods are archery, handguns, rifles, and muzzleloader. We also use four wheelers, Utv, pick-ups, and mules to retrieve game.
Hound Training and Exercising
Hounds are best trained or exercised in two or three month periods.
